How do I use my Inspire Faith Based Cash account?
You use your Inspire Faith-Based Cash account in the same way as a traditional bank. You can transact via your Inspire Faith-Based Cash debit card, ATM, online bill pay, peer-to-peer transfers, ACH and wire transfers. In all cases, you have immediate access to your funds.
How does the Inspire Faith Based Cash account work?
Use your existing bank account or set up direct deposit to fund your account.

How long does it take to receive my card?
After you complete enrollment, you can expect your card to arrive in approximately 7 business days.
How do I fund my Inspire Faith Based Cash account?
You fund your Inspire Faith-Based Cash account in the same way as a traditional bank: direct deposit and/or bank transfer. The transfer typically takes 2 – 4 business days but may take longer. Refer to the instructions in your app for direct deposit and wire transfers.
What is the difference between my accounts?
Your accounts are linked to specific investments. The funds in your first account are federally insured. The funds in your investment account(s) are invested in securities such as mutual funds or ETFs and are subject to market fluctuations. Your first account is ideal for funds that you plan to use for daily expenses (e.g. groceries, utility bills, mortgage payments). Your investment account(s) is (are) suited for funds you can invest for at least 3 months. You can access or transfer funds without paying penalties or fees. You determine how much funds to put into each account depending on your spending and investing needs.
Are my accounts federally insured?
Funds held in your Federally Insured Account are insured by the FDIC. Funds swept into your investment accounts are not federally insured.
Are all of my funds invested?
Only funds in the investment account(s) are invested.
How secure is the Inspire Faith Based Cash account?
Protecting your account information and privacy are Inspire’s priorities. Inspire uses fraud prevention tools to help us verify your identity, which ensures that only you have access to your account. Furthermore, Inspire also uses advanced encryption technologies to guard the information sent between you and Inspire.
Can I lose money in invested funds?
Yes: all securities have a risk of loss; however, funds held in your Federally Insured Account are guaranteed against loss.
What are the fees?
There is no card purchase fee.
There is no monthly fee.
There is no fee for Direct Deposits.
Cash reloads are not permitted.
Bill payment (regular delivery)
Bill pay is available when you log in to your account at www.inspire.investorcashmanagement.com or using the Inspire mobile app. Regular bill pay transactions will be completed within 3 Business Days for electronic payments and within approximately 7 days if we have to mail a paper check to your bill.
ATM withdrawal (in-network)
“In-network” refers to Allpoint ATM Network. Locations can be found at www.allpointnetwork.com. There is no fee for withdrawals at Allpoint ATMs.
ATM withdrawal (out-of-network)
“Out-of-network” refers to all the ATMs outside of the Allpoint ATM Network. You may be charged a fee by the ATM operator, even if you do not complete a transaction.
