Inspire Announces Major Data Expansion of Inspire Insight Investment Screening Tool

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Inspire, with a key milestone being the continued expansion of companies screened by Inspire Insight for alignment with biblical values. As a part of that 10-year legacy, Inspire Insight has been an invaluable tool in providing reliable screening data for thousands of publicly traded companies, mutual funds, and ETFs. Through the consistency of this screening data, we have had the honor of being at the forefront of the Biblically Responsible Investing (BRI) movement. Over the past decade, Inspire Insight has significantly increased both its reach and reliability. In 2025 alone, new user growth has increased by 96%.

Positive Screening Data Will Be Significantly Broadened through FactSet Update

A major development in this expansion is the enhancement of Inspire Insight’s positive scoring data. Positive screening research, provided by FactSet, currently spans 26 defined categories. Beginning in the fourth quarter, FactSet’s advancements will enable Inspire Insight to deliver substantially broader and more robust positive data coverage within these 26 categories. In practical terms, this will expand the number of companies receiving positive data on the Inspire Insight platform from 49,335 as of early 2025 to approximately 70,268 following the update. This increase stems primarily from obtaining data on companies for which we previously had no data in the positive categories. The update strengthens data reliability while providing investors with greater breadth, confidence, and transparency in positive screening.

Negative Screening Expanded for Mutual Fund Holdings Data

In tandem with this, Inspire Insight is expanding mutual fund holdings data and has increased sourcing depth for several of our negative screening categories, including abortifacients, abortion services, alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis.

Collectively, these enhancements build on Inspire Insight’s established foundation, extending its scope and reinforcing its position as a leading tool within the BRI ecosystem.

We are grateful for every investor, advisor, and partner who has utilized Inspire Insight over the past 10 years, and we look forward to continuing this mission of inspiring transformation in the decade ahead.
